Overall loved this place! They have the noodles and broths marked GF (1 broth and 2 noodles gf) and the hot pot items you can pick from are mostly veggies. There is some fish/protein in the buffet line, including imitation crab and fried tofu so I stayed away from those as they didn’t have any allergen labels. They also have GF soy sauce packets to use for making your own sauce. I would have loved to try the peanut sauce or some of the premade sauces, but there were plenty of other ingredients to use that I had a delicious meal! As others have said, it’s buffet style so if your cross contamination sensitivity is high, be cautious.

I just ate here and absolutely loved it. I’ve wanted to try hotpot for years and heard about this place and decided to take the leap. My partner is vegetarian and he was also thrilled to try this place knowing they had personal pots for everyone.
When we got there, we scanned the QR code to see the menu. The menu labels one of the broth options as gluten free option, so I ordered that and some fresh chicken. While we waited for the broth and meat, we went up to the bar and grabbed the other odds-and-ends to put into the broth. All of the veggies are in a space that feels safe for celiacs. I got lots of veggies, an egg, and some tofu, but decided against the noodles because I just wasn’t sure - those and the sauces are not labeled with allergen info, but I wasn’t set on getting those anyway.
The meal was delicious. Afterwards, I asked if the green tea ice cream was gluten free. My waitress said she felt pretty confident that it was but checked with her manager anyway. Her manager checked the ingredients and said there were no gluten ingredients but he actually called the manufacturer to double check and within minutes, I had a very confident yes from the waitress. Very good end of the meal.
I will edit this if I happen to get sick, but I was very satisfied with my experience and can’t wait to go back!

They have a gluten-free broth option. This is buffet style so proceed with caution if you are very sensitive. Fresh veggies are good. They have gf noodles (right next to wheat ones). Meat was tasty. I did not get sick, would go again as long as buffet wasn’t too busy because the serving utensils could touch gluten then cause cross contamination.

Vegetarian broth is gluten free. They have gluten free noodles, but they are right next to the wheat based ones so I didn't trust them. Still had a great meal with lots of veggies and rice. I'm assuming the meat selection is all also safe.
