Very happy springbone also opened a location in Brooklyn! They serve bone broth (also vegetarian available), but also have delicious bowls with yummy healthy food. Haven’t tried their brunch options yet, but have had multiple bowls and drinks, all yummy! The whole establishment is gluten free and organic, they also have their own hot sauce, granola and little brownie balls.
