Springs Cafe

The Springs Cafe at Springs Preserve is a gem! They have vegan choices with GF options and staff has a binder to reference for gluten content. I ordered a RSTNE sandwich with fruit. The bread was GF and the sandwich was delicious and featured soy bacon. The fruit was fresh and colorful. I didn't ask about cross-contact. Service was good. Fabulous view of Vegas skyline with seating indoors and out. Several GF baked items like pastry and muffins. Huge variety of coffees to choose from. Entrance is adjacent to parking area so you can go to cafe without going through Springs Preserve main entrance.
