It was okay. Service not very good. Gluten free and vegan clearly marked on the menu. I asked if the fries were not gf because of cross contamination or if there was a coating. He said cc but I got a salad to be safe and thankfully so because my dining mates had fries and they definitely had a coating. The gf bun up-charge is very high at $5 and the bun was not good. It fell apart very quickly. If I went again I would get a sandwich without any bun. I ordered the ceviche for an appetizer and it was very tasty. They have gf corn chips for a $2 up-charge. My sandwich was the mahi burger and the fish was very good as well.

We went to Spritz Bistro tonight for a small birthday dinner. Several delicious Gluten free options on the menu, server was well versed in cross contamination and alternatives. The food is delicious, the ambiance is cozy the waitstaff is professional. All appropriate precautions were taken in the kitchen. Couldn’t be happier with our experience! We will go back and highly recommended.

Cute place! They have a number of GF options, identified on the menu. Wait staff is very knowledgeable. This past visit, Spencer not only helped me out with options, but also reviewed the process in the kitchen (dedicated space, change gloves, etc). He also knew of and explained limitations (like no dedicated fryer). The food is delicious!

Several GF options, clearly marked. Waiter was knowledgeable about cross contamination for fries so I got carrots instead. The GF burger bun was delicious & worth the extra $5. So glad my friend recommended this place for our lunch today. Thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to be back (even though I live almost an hour away).

My favorite all around restaurant in Stuart. The gluten free Buffalo flatbread is the best GF item I have ever had!

Absolutely delicious flavors! We had a gluten free flatbread, the crust was amazing! Fantastic drinks as well!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. The menu was clearly labeled and we had a very knowledgeable waitress. From the appetizers, to the main entrees, to the dessert, everything was perfection. The best news was absolutely no reaction the next day either. We will definitely be back.

Such great food and tons of options. My husband and I split the grilled flatbread, Korean bbq tacos and the Vietnamese rolls. All of it was delicious, the server was great and the location was in a hotspot. Lots of other options all clearly marked on the menu. Would recommend!
