If I lived here, this would be one of my favorite stores. When I asked a young man stocking shelves where I could find the GF items, he walked me over to where they were located. A shelf with GF items on all 4 sides! He also said they can be found throughout the store and to look for a tag labeled gluten free.

It's nice to have a grocery store that carries GF foods. Since Henry's switched to Sprouts, they've replaced some of their good GF offerings with corn replacements. (If you're not corn-free, this probably doesn't matter to you.) For example, they got rid of Takinyada pasta (the BEST GF pasta), and replaced it with a corn/quinoa brand. It's been gradual, but most of my fav GF brands have been replaced with corn-filled brands. Now I have to shop at Frazier Farms or Jimbo's.

Tons of GF products- lots of freezer items, cereals, pastas, etc. The deli area also carries ready-to-bake GF pizzas with great crust! I hear they will make GF sandwiches too at some locations but haven't tried it. Great prices on my favorite brands/items. Keep an eye open for their GF Bonanza they have a couple times a year!!

Sprouts is a great natural and farmers market type grocery store for buying gluten free groceries. Twice a year (I believe it's in May and Oct) they run a huge sale on all their gluten free products. Best time to stock up.

Sprouts is the best place to shop for GF items. They have more variety there than I've seen anywhere else. You'll do almost as well at Henry's, which is the same company. Everything GF has a shelf tag which is really helpful. Periodically they have a big GF sale which is a great time to stock up on non- perishable or freezable items.
