Yun, the owner, is incredible. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate GF customers, and they’re super knowledgeable about the menu items. Most everything if not everything is GF, and it all taste BANGIN’.

Fantastic food, and almost all of it is gluten free. The owner and employees are extremely kind and very knowledgeable about celiac and food allergies. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality Vietnamese food! Since March 2017 all foods (except banh mi, the French bread sandwiches) are gluten free, including marinated meats, which are done with GF soy sauce now. They are extremely knowledgeable and respectful of GF needs. They cater too.

Ps hard to believe but I am a different Rachel than the other review lol! Omg!! The owner was amazing and so friendly and so so knowledgeable about celiac! Not only is this pho authentic, fresh, and delicious but it's is gluten free and affordable!!!!! You can taste all of the fresh ingredients and the flavor is awesome! This is my favorite new restaurant!!!

The food is very delicious and fresh, especially the chicken pho. The portions are generous. The owner/chef is very knowledgeable about celiac and gluten free (and she is super nice and friendly) but the other staff aren't always. Make sure you specify gluten free when ordering - poached chicken is ok but grilled isn't; some of the protein items are ok (shrimp and tofu) but others aren't due to the grill and contamination. I love having a place in Bethel for quick and delicious gf takeout or lunch!
