The restaurant smells earthy....just like a potato. The food was good even if expensive for what it was. (great business model!) While my DD with Celiac did not eat (she was waiting out a possible cross-contamination from dinner the previous day), I felt comfortable that the worker understood our questions and requests for gluten free-ness, took precautions (even though the remainder of us are intolerant at most) and delivered a delicious lunch!
