ordered a lamb burger on a bed of lettuce. explained my wheat allergy to the server. what I received was a regular burger on a bun. They offered to make me another one but I didn't want to wait 20 more minutes while everyone else ate or their food got cold and I didn't trust them not to just take it off the bun and put it on a bed of lettuce. The ticket indicated that there was no mention of a bed of lettuce to the kitchen so it was the server who didn't listen. I won't be returning.

Update 12/ 25/23: This use to be one of our go to restaurants. The last several times have been very disappointing. They no longer have a designated frier, so you can no longer get fries. Portions are smaller, but prices have gone up. It’s unfortunate but we would no longer recommend Square 1 when there are so many other go choices.
12/23/21: Always a great meal. The burgers on a gluten free bun never disappoints. The fries are cooked in a designated frier. Waitress was very knowledgeable on celiac.

Ordered takeout which is done at the bar. Bartender was attentive and took time to make sure everything on order was gluten free. Their menu says fries and tater tots are cooked in same fryer as breaded products so we avoid those.

I usually do not have a reaction from this restaurant but the last two times I ate here I did end up quite sick... well not eat here again.
They have gf buns for the most delicious burgers and sandwiches!
