This was very good gluten free pizza.... I've had better GF Detroit style pizza in Michigan but considering this is CA I'd say nice job. It didn't have that greasy pan taste to it which probably means it's healthier but it was a nice fluffy crust. And such a relief from so many places that still use a frozen shell that tastes like cardboard for GF pies. Their toppings were sparse and expensive.
