All their food is gluten free, which was very exciting because I’ve never had that many options in a bakery. The food is pretty good, but overall very celiac-safe and cute place for lunch or snack. Also they have waffles on some mornings.

I tried a bunch of baked goods, everything Tasted off to me, either too salty or dry and chalky. Not a fan.

I’ve eaten here several times and didn’t have any gluten issues. I ordered one of their açaí bowls yesterday with chocolate and granola in it, and literally am so sick today. There was definitely gluten in the food. Won’t be going back.

Almost everything is also dairy free...ask when you order. The quiche was delicious and the bagel and muffin were beet tasty but do t expect the texture of gluten containing bagels and muffins

I didn't get glutened. I am glad that this place is grain free. I am also severly allergic to eggs, so that only gave me the option of two cookies and vegetables. The cookies were dry, but the flavor was good. I also had the brussel sprouts which were cold but tasted alright.

I have been here many times without getting sick. However, yesterday I ate lunch here and did get sick. I ordered the vegetable pot pie, brownie, and latte. I had brownie leftover so I tested it with my Nima. It came up as low gluten. :-(

Came here Sunday for lunch - initially hard to find a table but turnover pretty quick. For gf and health-conscious eaters - this place is heaven. So great to get gf bread and baked goods that aren’t made from high-glycemic low-nutrition flours and starches. Best part was being able to tell my gf 8 year old to pick any treat he wanted.

I have been having a Love Affair with this place for a year or so. The food is not only tasty but I always feel fabulous after I eat it. Updating to mention my personal favorite things here... Waffles on Sundays, Breakfast Sandwiches, Brownies, Choc Chip Cookies, Sweet Potato Donuts, Granola, and Pecan Pie. Yeah....I pretty much come here for the sweet things. No refined sugar, clean ingredients, and mostly almond flour .... nutritionally their treats seem guilty free to me...AND DELICIOUS ?! No brainer. Enjoy

I assumed by all of the reviews, this place would be amazing. The apple cinnamon muffin and the smoothies are the only things I ever liked. The cookies and brownies are awful.

What a warm and friendly place! This is the only bakery, café or restaurant within the vicinity that I know of that is both KOSHER and gluten free! It's kashrut certificate says that all of the products made on the premises are kosher, all dairy and pareve (without dairy or meat) products are separated, and some pre-packaged goods for sale are not kosher. Their products (in house made) are kosher for passover.

Very disappointed with the food we ordered. Bagels had no flavor and the cinnamon buns were so oily that we had to throw them out after 2 bites. The muffin was OK....not great.

Muffins where good, and the roasted veggie sandwiches tasted good but was difficult to eat because veggies were huge and bun was small. The brownies just tasted too much like honey so I wasn't a fan. Overall not bad might try different things next time. Lots of gluten free and dairy free options for those of us who can't have either.

Everything is so good! The sandwiches, the waffles, and the soup is off the charts. Favorite lunch spot, I am celiac, but my vegetarian friends love it too. Everything is GF, so it's a treat to have all menu options available and know the kitchen isn't contaminated. One of the few really safe eateries if you have severe reactions.

Great food that is worth the price. 100% gF!!! Love the quiche, ice cream, baked goods, etc. Smoothies were a little watery. BUT so happy to have a GF place that serves more than just sweet baked goods, and it is a cafe setting where you can meet up with friends.

First time visit. The texture is very good and everything is pretty delicious. My only comment would be that desserts need to be sweeter. I realize this might be tough with the use of honey vs. sugar.

This place is great. Gluten-free flour is actually grain free made up entirely of nut flours. The owner does not use processed sugar but honey. Many of her things are also dairy-free. They have ice cream, baked goods, and are expanding their menu to have more lunch items. Not the place to go with a nut allergy, but the baked goods are very moist and tasty!
