Manager was helpful and responsive to my questions. She went back and forth to the kitchen more than once to ask about different cross contamination factors. They already use separate pans and the top shelf of the oven, but do not use separate sauce or toppings (they did when I asked them to) so I would definitely speak up if you have Celiac. The pizza ended up safe and actually cooked (I have been served raw dough before because of how many layers of extra pans and foil the restaurant used to prevent cross contamination). Unfortunately it was very bland. Our friends ordered a gluten pizza and reported the same. Would not return based on the taste.
