Review of SQZBX Brewery & Pizza

We ordered the wide load gluten free pizza. The toppings were amazing, but unfortunately the pizza was not fully done. The outside was crispy but towards the center it was very chewy/not done. It just needed a little longer in the oven. From looking around, the other gluten pizzas looked done. GF just bakes differently and chef may not be aware. The Greek salad was amazing and service was very good. Manager delivered the pizza to us, saying it was the gluten free order. The back patio was not set up for service, but when we mentioned wanting to be outside, they quickly set a table for us and were very accommodating.
