Sriracha Thai Cuisine

Was disappointed with the fact that only the chefs section was able to be made gluten free. No pad thai, or curries are gluten free. The sauce on my dish seemed to be mostly gf soy sauce as it was very salty. Dine in is just a table to eat your take out at.

I’ve eaten here several times, probably one of my favorites locally. The pad Thai is great, the curries all have left me without issue and the mango sticky rice is a perfect dessert!! I was worried about the Vietnam rolls but seemed ok. I have celiac but depending on the day am not always crazy sensitive so I’ve only attempted the Vietnam rolls once as they only have one fryer.

Many GF options including the Vietnam roll which is wrapped in rice paper and fried. Closest thing to an egg roll in years. Eaten multiple items without issues and tastes fantastic.
