Horrible service...asked for gluten free menu, hostess said server would tell me what the options were. Server acted too busy, recommended Gluten-free pancakes. Against my best judgment I got the pancakes and a side of sausage. I was really sick within 3 to 4 hours. The online menu has a few gluten-free designations which do not appear on the menu in the restaurant. Bottom line: it's just another restaurant who jumped on the gluten-free fad to attract customers. they have no knowledge of true celiac precautions, and I didn't feel like I had the opportunity to educate them. We were visiting from out-of-state and our host said to avoid el camino real and that visitors should dine in the more scenic area on Highway 101. I went to 2good2B bakery later that day and believe me--El Camino real was well worth the less scenic dining experience.
