St. James Corner Restaurant & Irish Pub

I was able to get the gluten free bun for my lamb burger but my celiac partner could not eat here. They insisted that it would not be safe for gluten allergies as they do not have any dedicated space or utensils for gluten free. They have gluten flying all over the kitchen and cross contamination is an issue that was said to us.

Not sure how other people, especially celiac people could eat here.

Good burger though and they GF beer.

Server was very sweet and was extremely sorry that we were mislead from other's experiences

The waiter was so kind. There isn't a lot of choice for celiacs, and there is no GF menu. However, if you're wanting a lamb burger, go there! So good. The food is delicious. Wish they had more options, but I'm just grateful to be able to eat there still.

Had the chicken melt with GF bun and a side salad. It was great. Bun was quite tasty. They even have gf beer on the menu (Forager). Server seemed knowledgeable.

Very nice place, can't do gf fries (no gf deep fryer) but it's incredibly careful about making sure everything is gf.

I’ve eaten here a few times and they take care in the preparation of their food. The chef cooked my meal in a separate pan to ensure no cross contamination. Not to mention the vibes in here are great.

The managers here are good, the kitchen takes precaution with gluten free orders and they carry Care Bakery buns!
