Wow. Just terrible. I expressed several times that I was celiac and needed it to be gluten free and was assured several times that it was safe. Our server came out when I was twenty minutes into eating (after I had double checked with her) to tell me she went back to the kitchen and the potatoes weren’t actually safe. I had to go back to our hotel room and try to throw up. The staff were very very nice but I would be very very careful if eating here and celiac

Items tbt can be MADE gluten free are marked. But you need to specify GF, as it’s written, most are not GF (for example, carnitas come with flour tortillas. You request Gf corn version) Spoke to a bartender who totally understood and even made our bloody Mary’s from scratch vs using a premade pitcher. The food is excellent!
