As of July 2023, they use a separate grill for gluten free! My son with celiacs was thrilled with the food and doesn't have a reaction.

They have Gluten-free and Vegan Gluten-free pancakes. Food was yummy but there is not a separate cook top so there is a possibility of cross contamination.

Best gluten free pancakes ever!! They made sure to clean the stove top when making my pancakes however they can’t guarantee safety from cross contamination as they cook all pancakes on the same stovetop. I got the strawberries and cream with nutella and it was amazing!! Haven’t had any reaction or felt sick at all.
