Stacks did not list any gluten free items on their menu but I was told that their pancakes and hash browns were gluten free. I ordered an omelette with the gluten free pancakes and hash browns. I had to stop the car to vomit on the way home and didn’t make it to the bathroom in time. I will never return to Stacks.

All omelets and most egg items are gf. Hash browns are but breakfast potatoes are not. Almost all pancakes can be made gf but no other breads etc.

I asked if they could make GF pancakes, explaining that I have celiac disease. They assured me they could, and identified them as GF when they delivered them to the table. They were delicious going down, but 2 1/2 hours later was was more sick than I have ever been before. I don't think this was cross-contamination, I think they gave me regular pancakes. Obviously I am very disappointed.

Only food here that is gluten free is the gluten free pancakes. Waiter told me gluten free pancakes have a specific section of the griddle that they dedicate for gluten free. Everything else including hash browns are cooked on the same grill or fryer as gluten containing food. Could only get pancakes and fruit cup. Pancakes were ok.

I found this place while traveling. The gluten free banana Nutella pancakes are amazing. They were so good we went there 2 days in a row. Excellent service. Terrific value for price and clean. Everyone loved their pancakes.
