I have a gluten sensitivity, and allergies to shellfish and all nuts. The waitress at Stacks was great about understanding them and asked the kitchen what oil they fry their gluten free items in (canola). I had a gluten free bacon ranch fried chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. They are also known for their shakes and had a gluten free brownie shake on their menu that was gluten free. I was too full to try it. Definitely recommend this place!

Delicious meal! All GF with knowledgeable server! From appetizer, to dinner, then dessert…all were amazing, delicious, and most importantly…safe!

Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I got the fried chicken sandwich (GF) and seemed to have no problems. However, then I got a S’more’s shake to go to share with my husband and I almost immediately got symptoms. I drank and ate it first so no cross contamination from my husband. I’m not sure if there’s something in it or if it’s gluten. I did ask if they avoided CC from the other shakes and I was told yes. I did get pretty sick though. The sandwich however seemed safe for me and was good!

Great spot! Had one of the fried chicken sandwiches, Buffalo chicken dip app, and S’mores milkshake. All GF and delicious! All friend chicken is made with GF batter. Staff was knowledgeable regarding GF requests, items clearly labeled GF on menu, and staff mentioned items were GF when brought out.

Split the street fries and had a s'mores brownie milkshake this must recent time. I would recommend just having something small to split with someone for food if you're going for one of the shakes. The ones they have with a brownie on top are very filling. Everything was great and the waitress had Celiac as well so there was no need for an explanation. She knew what I could and couldn't eat and even let me know that the Oreo milkshakes can be made GF as well. Been here a few times so far and no cross-contamination issues. It's not dedicated but they do a really good job keeping things separated.

Love it here, very safe for people with celiac!! Have eaten here many times and have never gotten sick! Have had one of their burger, the fried chicken sandwich (multiple times) and a KFC bowl special w/o the gravy. Staff is knowledgeable about what is or can be made GF and will ask the chef if they are not positive. The chips and fries can be made GF (I believe they have a dedicated fryer). Food is delicious staff is very knowledgeable!

The staff is super knowledgeable about all of their protocols. Usually when a place is this careful, an owner or family member is a celiac, but these guys just decided from the jump that this is how they were going to do it and they DID it. My 6 year old had the chicken strips and fries (all of the batter for the chicken is gf and if you say celiac, it’s extra precautions and dedicated fryer). He opted for a regular chocolate shake because the stacked ones are HUGE but he had 0 issues and was a happy kid. Will return for sure.

This place has really great reviews and has what appears to be a very friendly menu for us GF folks so I hope my experience was just a fluke, but I was definitely Glutened here today. I ordered the fried chicken (GF batter) sandwich with honey BBQ sauce and without a bun, it was absolutely delicious. I also ordered the GF salted caramel pretzel pretzel brownie milkshake. I was super skeptical about the whole thing being GF and I have no idea what part was or was not, or maybe there was some sort of cross-contamination in the milkshake prep or maybe in one of the sauces or fried batter but I started getting my gluten-induced migraine halfway through the meal and knew I was doomed for the rest of the day. The food was delicious and amazing. I would honestly go back and just try to be more careful and skip the milkshake to see if that was where I had a problem, hopefully it was just a one-time thing and not indicative of everyone else’s experience. Given that so many others had a positive experience here I don’t think what I went through is common.

I had the Basic fried chicken sandwich on a gf roll. The fried chicken batter is all gf and very good. My roll fell apart, typical gf bun but it was still delicious with a knife and fork! Fries are also gf done in their own fryer. Also had the Mexican street corn as an appetizer and it was amazing!

Staff knowledgeable about gluten. Awesome gf sandwich bread. When you hold your sandwich, it actually compresses in your hand, instead of being stiff and crumbling apart.

We have been here several times since they opened and we keep going back! Definitely some forever customers here. They know gluten free, they have a cool menu with some great specials but most of all, my son can safely eat here. He can enjoy a chicken sandwich, fries and a fun, stacked shake without worrying he'll get sick. We went for brunch today for the first time and that was amazing too. Definitely check them out if you can!
