Lots of gluten friendly options, very few gluten free options for those with celiacs. Server was very upfront about risk of cross contamination. I decided not to risk it so just got an omelet with a side of fresh fruit. Fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing!

Don't recommend for celiac. They told me that they try, but everything is cooked in the same pans/grill space. I got eggs, bacon and hashbrowns. He told me those should be fine.
Just tried to eat here. Contaminated toasters, won’t dry grill toast. French toast dip is premade and manager refused to make separate non dairy for me. Manager said they offer a product but don’t have to right way to prepare it. Don’t waste your time!
No
They have GF French toast & assured me it's made in a separate bowl (doesn't share the egg mix with their regular french toast). Their syrup isn't GF, but they didn't mind that I brought my own. They didn't know if their sausage was GF, so be careful with that. I enjoyed their corned beef hash on another visit. Lots of options if you like eggs, & the GF French toast was really tasty.
Stacks has a variety of gluten free options. However, I am not sure if they are crossed contaminated. The breakfast menu is great and inexpensive and there is a great variety of lunch options! Great if you’re gluten free, I’d be careful if you have celiac though, ask about cross contamination and if they have dedicated kitchen space first.
