They were not rude but they do not have any gluten free items marked on the menu and do not have specific protocols for it. They said eggs and omelette should be safe but I opted for just a smoothie.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

Terrible terrible for those with celiac. Apparently this Stacks has different owners than “Stacks of Redwood City.” That Stacks offers great GF options but shockingly, Stacks of Burlingame basically tells celiacs to pound sand. I expected so much more.
