The food here is 4 stars, but I'm giving a 3 star rating for their gluten free knowledge. It's pretty hit and miss here with the staff in terms of their knowledge about the menu, so, be prepared to make your own educated decisions. You can eat the classic 4 courses without gluten, and they can make their signature Strawberry Kiss dessert gluten free as well. They also have other options on their ala carte menu that are gluten free. They use the original hush puppy recipe from the 1880's. They're gluten free, but they are not fried in a dedicated fryer :(
