We went on Saturday. The weekend menu is completely different from the one online. The only GF option is the bone in wings which our waiter informed us are still fried in a shared fryer. We ended up having to go elsewhere to eat.

They have two outdoor tents, which are outside-ish. One cool thing is that dogs are encouraged in the tents - they even have a doggie menu. Our waiter was knowledge. Many GF options on the menu, and the waiter was able to offer GF substitutions. I had a delicious Ruben on GF bread, with chips. I don't think that they have a separate fryer. Great food, cute dogs, and I didn't get sick!
