I had the only GF-marked item on the menu, the KY Fried Rice. Informed my server that I have Celiac Disease and the chef came out to talk to me. He explained that he takes cross-contact very seriously as his mother has Celiac and he made my dish himself. It was delicious and I highly recommend it!
