Star of Honolulu

Wife and I (celiac) booked a dinner cruise. It was table service, not a buffet. The menu was already chosen. Salad had already been placed on the tables. Then drinks were served, then dinner. I asked if anything was GF and the server said “probably not.” I asked her to ask the chef. She brought out a plate and I asked if it was GF. She said she forgot. Then she came back with a GF plate. It was the same as everyone else’s but no gravy on the beef/steak. Crab legs were delicious. Mashed potatoes, veggies...everything was delicious and I didn’t get sick. Would have been five stars except for the server who was clueless.
