I ended up leaving before I ordered. The waitress I talked to had NO clue what was gluten free, she said “I guess the fish might be”. I would think if they had dedicated kitchen space, the waitress would be a little more aware of what gluten was.

They knew exactly what I needed when I called. Knew what substitutions to make too! The sushi was great and I didn’t get sick! Yay!
