Review of Starbird Chicken

First time eating here today, and I can’t wait to go back! The menu is specifically noted on GF items, and the employee at the register pulled out the allergen list from behind the counter so I could check on sauces and other menu items. Every fried item has its own dedicated fryer - one for fries, one for chicken tenders, and one for other items. I told the employee I was celiac, and they plated my food separate from my non-Celiac partner’s food.
