Great place for celiacs to have safe breakfast, very friendly. We had breakfast sandwiches and muffins. Coffee is also great. Everything is glutenfree made with almond flour.

I liked the pizza! Everything is also sugar free so that’s great for some but does have some limitations when it comes to dessert.

There is no place to eat in the establishment so we ended up having to sit in the car to eat.

Food was pretty good, really dense but I guess that's an aspect of being both keto and gluten free. I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich and the staff was awesome. This is the cutest little gem of a Bakery. All the food is gluten and sugar free, and Jill and her team are just a delight. They carry sweet and savory items and Starburst Parlor is a must visit!

What an amazing find! Very tasty gf and sugar free treats. As both wheat intolerant and diabetic, this was heaven for me. And the retro decor was SO CUTE! The proprietress and her son were very nice. Clearly this little parlor is a labor of love for her. I'm not local to Vegas but I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town! We just got some sweet treats but I definitely want to try the savory stuff too. Oh and the frosting on the cinnamon roll was amazing.

As a celiac something I miss is a bacon/egg/cheese breakfast sandwich. I was able to get one here on a biscuit, and it was quite delicious - great tasting/consistency GF biscuit. The little shop is very cute too with vintage memorabilia. They also have pastries and coffee. Always nice to have a safe 100% GF spot.

Cute little place with a variety of options. My husband and I Tried the bagel sandwich, cinnamon roll, sausage stuffed biscuit and some lattes. All very good, staff was incredible and ambiance is like stepping back in time in a good way. Highly recommend. Will go again when back in Vegas.

Awesome little bakery/small meal place for anyone with gluten allergies or diabetics, on a “Keto” diet or anyone at all for that matter! Absolutely everything is gluten & sugar free!!! And you would never know it. Everything is so amazingly delicious that most things are probably better than “regular” items of the same type. So happy to see a keto/GF/sugar free bakery! Stopped by here as soon as we got to Vegas. The service was amazing and the food even better! We got a breakfast sandwich and a pizza, both were amazing. The biscuit tasted like a normal biscuit 😂 also the pizza crust was the best I’ve had.

This place is 100% GF which is amazing. Their pizza is Keto but holy cow it didn’t taste keto at all! We got muffins, biscuits, pizza, cookies and more. Get THE VINNY pizza. You won’t regret it.

AMAZING!!!! Passing through Vegas & found this celiac safe gem. The café had a super cute 50’s diner vibe. Very friendly staff. We had a milkshake, 2 pizza’s & carrot cake muffin. Yum.

I ordered food for 7 people, and all of it was delicious and gluten free. We tried the pizza, bagels, muffins, and cupcakes. They were wonderful. I love that everything in the shop is gluten free and sugar free. I have additional allergies, and the staff was extremely careful to ensure I wouldn't have an allergic reaction. They even got out fresh ingredients to make my pizza, so there would be no chance of cross-contamination. The owner and other staff were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely go back whenever I'm in the area.

Our type 1 diabetic/Celiac daughter really relished the opportunity to go wild (as did her parents) at this charming gem of a bakery a few minutes off the strip. We enjoyed a yummy Italian sausage pizza and each selected a sweet treat. The girl loved her red velvet cupcake and Daddy-o said the peanut butter chocolate cheesecake cup was delicious. I treated myself to a warmed brownie sundae. The caramel swirl ice cream was ridiculously sweet and creamy, and the adorable pink fresh whipped cream was a lovely and decadent topper to a very tasty confection. As we were leaving, they were pulling hot cinnamon rolls out--wow, they smelled amazing! We'll be sure to grab some on our next trip out!

The owner and her son were extremely friendly and helpful. And did I mention the aesthetic? Vibrant colors and vintage decoration--so much more than the typical "retro diner" decor, these are actual antiques from the era and they sure added to the charm. Highly recommend Starburst Parlor for a fun, safe meal or treat. Great drinks, too!

Amazing! Dedicated gluten free, celiac friendly! I have celiacs and had a delicious egg, bacon, cheese sandwich on a bagel. Then came back for one on a biscuit the next day. Both were delicious! Partner had a pizza that was so yummy and the mochas were perfect! The service was spot on...welcoming, friendly, clean, and fun. So glad we made it to this place! I'm from Australia. I have coeliac disease and always struggle to find gluten free food when travelling. The breakfast bagels were so delicious! I got the everything with bacon eggs and cheese and my husband got the Goodfella Italian. I hate dragging my family around to find food that suits me but my whole family enjoyed this place. We also got the red velvet cupcakes, chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies.. All refined sugar free 😍

I love that this is a dedicated gf place and the fact that everything is made with swerve sweetener is even better for my diabetes. For the comments about possibly being glutened, that isn't possible. What is possible is if your system isn't used to erythritol or you consume too much of it, gi issues are common and can feel like a glutening. I ordered one of everything they had from cookies, bagels, muffins, cheesecakes and a pizza. Their ice cream was so good as well. They use high quality ingredients. So far everything I have eaten has been delicious. Everyone in the shop was so attentive and overall it was a great experience. I can't wait to go back to Vegas and buy more goodies.
