Sooo good. All cold sandwiches can be made gluten free. The bread is like typical gluten free bread where it falls apart, but you could toast it at home if you wanted. We all know how it goes with gluten free bread though, and I still think it was delicious. They have a ton of soups in their freezer that are gluten free too. The staff is very helpful and friendly as well. I live like 45 mins away but I will for sure be back regardless.

I had 1 mishap where my sandwich was toasted and contaminated however after speaking to the owner the protocol was changed. As long as you say you have an allergy and remind them of the glove change/do not toast they will take extra precautions to make your food separately and safely. And the sandwiches and broccoli salad are so delicious!!!

Gluten free bread available for sandwiches, but my favorite part is the soup. Gluten free options are clearly marked, and the staff is knowledgeable. Check out the wall of freezers full of pre made soups, also clearly labeled. I have a stash in my freezer, and it beats the hell out of progresso.

They have a gluten free bun for their subs at small additional charge - delicious! They have great frozen GF soups to take home, usually 1 GF soup on the menu to enjoy there. They change gloves when preparing GF sandwiches.
