Found this wonderful place on this app while working in Burien for a few days. Had breakfast 2 days in a row. Loved it! They have GF everything and can accommodate dairy free as well. They gave me earth balance butter for my toast :) The butternut squash / apricot torte is to die for. I ate one everyday while I was in town and bought a couple for my clients. It's a natural food store with a pretty large cafe inside. They serve breakfast and lunch.

Dedicated gluten-free bakery, deli, and market. Great place to get a sandwich, burger, pizza, etc. Can do dairy-free, too. Had the pizza last week and a large was perfect for two people. Wanted the pesto sauce on it, but it had Parmesan cheese mixed in, so they made a special pesto sauce for us. Definitely one of our go-to places when we don't feel like fixing dinner.

I found the space to be very open with gluten free shopping and friendly staff. The breakfast hit the spot. I got a short stack of pancakes with 2 eggs and toast. I did not wait very long. I picked up some items from the bakery department made in house. I had a few questions and the baker came out and answered them. I'm not from the area but please support this business.

The only reason I am giving this place a 3 star rating, is because the food was so good. Anything that comes from their deli is guaranteed gluten free, and being a very sensitive celiac, I very much appreciate that. And this place is also a mostly gluten free grocery store, so they have some different things I hadn't seen before. However, they took 30 minutes to make 3 toasted ham sandwiches. They were delicious, but seriously, be prepared to wait!
