Not a lot of options on the lunch menu. Sandwiches with gluten free bun, no sides (shared fryer) or salads are available. That said, the strawberry pecan salad was good. The waitress marked the ticket with gluten allergy and verified with the chef it was gluten-free. Other than that, it is a shared environment.

This does not have a dedicated fryer as posted in other reviews. They have gluten free bread for a sandwich. Anything fried is cross contaminated per waitress.

The chef made me grilled salmon in a fresh pan, with roasted pecans. Very good!
