Starving Artist

I was really excited to eat here, but they don’t have a dedicated waffle iron. When I asked if they clean the waffle iron in between waffles, they waitress was unsure and had to check, which made me scared enough not to eat here. I looked at the menu online beforehand, and I didn’t see anything calling out the lack of dedicated waffle iron until I got in the restaurant- would suggest they make it more clear online!

WAFFLES!! Great food and plenty of options - almost anything can be made gluten free. ALSO (huge plus) one of the main chef's there is celiac and makes sure the staff do their best to not cross contaminate. I would literally eat there every day if I could.
