Favorite place to get GF pizza and calzones. You can watch the staff from your table prepare your food in separate surfaces to avoid cross contamination. Sweetest softest GF crust around. They also have frozen GF pizzas available to purchase as well as, GF flour.

I was really excited to try this place because of the reviews. The staff was really nice and seemed to know what they were doing(I didn’t watch too carefully and the guy was young) and the pizza tasted amazing but... I did feel sick afterward. I’m guessing cross contamination.

My son has Celiac Disease. We have eaten at Stashu's restaurant a few times but mostly do take out (often). Delicious gf pizza and calzones - their dough is slightly sweet and wonderful texture.

I want to thank the young man -Jordn-who closed up at the Moline Stashu's restaurant tonight. His "cheerful" disposition, violation of health codes, and sense of entitlement ensures that I will make it known that I no longer support this business. We entered at 7:20, ordered 2 gluten free pizzas to the tune of almost $40 and tip, which arrived table side just before 8. He started vacuuming as we started eating our first slices. At about 8:20 he asked if we wanted boxes for our pizza, and we answered yes. The boxes were sitting on the table while we finished eating. He then stated, not asked, "I'm going to box those up for you" and proceeded to handle the 2 pizza halves with his hands putting them into the boxes. In the process, he dropped 2 slices face down on the table and handled them into the box. "We have been closed over half an hour." Since when does 25 minutes translate into over half an hour. "I'm not staying here all night, I have someplace to be". One of my party stated that he would be calling someone the next day-Reply "You mean my family?" When informed that he wasn't following health codes by handling our food without gloves, "We do it all the time" IF THEY DON'T WANT THE BUSINESS, DON'T TAKE THE ORDER. Needless to say the pizza became dog food. I used to own a gluten free bakery and this was the only place that I would buy pizza in the Quad Cities. NO MORE. I can easily make my own, but brought friends out for pizza. If he was that careless in front of us, how would he be in the back. Next time it will be Biaggi's as they also make a decent pie.

Love their pizza crust. When I go here to eat, I order a few half baked pizza to take home with me. Really is the best crust I have had. You can also buy the crust at HyVee.

I've eaten here once and tried their GF calzone which I found very good. I also use their flour mixture that I prefer over other brands! If it wasn't such a long drive for me, I would probably be eating here more often!
