This was EXCELLENT! They were so aware of celiac disease and marked which meal needed to be GF. Almost everything is GF. The Chicken Fried Chicken and Pork were great! We’ll be back to try more!

Seriously... hands down the best gluten free meal I have had all year... chicken fried chicken was amazing. Seasoned perfectly. Chef / Owner very attentive to Celiac requirements - change of gloves and dedicated prep area. I will be back, many many times in 2020.

So so good!!! They can make almost their entire menu GF and everything is fresh and delicious. They are more than happy to wipe down your table and seat to ensure you don’t get sick. I will most definitely be back.

Delicious food! The staff has been well trained and take more precautions than any place I have ever been to. They even washed the clean table down completely as an added precaution. The chef/owner came out of the kitchen and had a wonderful conversation with us.

The food was delicious. I had the GF chicken fried chicken with GF gravy and mashed potatoes. Yum!

Owner is very experienced in avoiding cross contamination. He's working on a separate prep area which should be ready this week but he's already doing all the right things to keep us safe. The employee that took our order said they'd had a 3 hour training on cross contamination recently and how prep to avoid it starts at the front door. Owner hopes the GF guests come in large enough numbers to keep expanding the menu.

I had the catfish and chips. Dedicated fryer! They had a pecan chicken and other great sounding dishes. This is now my go to place.

This is the best gluten free restaurant I’ve ever been to. Not only is the food great, but the chef is knowledgeable, trains his staff extensively, and is building a sealed, dedicated GF prep space which will be complete at the end of August 2019. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

I, too, spoke to one of the owners who is celiac and she is making sure the employees follow protocol. The food was excellent and I had no problems. I had the ribs and my wife had the fried chicken. Both were delicious. I will be going back often. So glad to have a place like this in Orem.

One of the owners has celiac disease, I spoke with her once and she told me she was always training the staff and double checking the kitchen for possible contaminants. The staff is very nice and well trained, just tell the cashiers you have celiac disease and they relay it to the kitchen. I have never been sick here. Also have a lot of great GF menu iterms including fried chicken, fried fish, and fries. The owner said soon there will be GF buns and pastas too.
