Most of the menu is gluten-free including plantains, waffle fries,and whoopie pies. My favorites are the grilled cheese, breakfast sandwich, and strawberry and spinach salad.

They use Pure Knead's buns, have a dedicated fryer, and bake sweets with Bloomfield Flour. Sandwiches are easily customizable and feature homemade condiments.
