Steak Loft Restaurant

There isn't really much for gluten free here. When we asked the waitress she looked at us pretty funny. She checked with the kitchen and all she could tell us was that all the dressings were gluten free. No buns/bread available for burgers. Service was great though!

They were very knowledgeable about how the food was prepared and the manager even came out to assure us that the steak would be cooked on a separate grill to prevent cross contact.

This place was not listed anywhere as being celiac friendly, but I called and had a good conversation with the woman who answered the phone. It turns out that they are quite knowledgeable about cross contamination. They made my daughter’s steak and ribs in a separate pan in the oven, and checked the ingredients in the dry rub to make sure it was safe. Friendly service and great salad bar too.
