Though the menu lists only a couple GF items, our server indicated that numerous items could be prepared gluten-free. GF pasta, buns, and pizza crust are available. She also indicated that items would be prepared on cleaned surfaces to minimize cross contamination. My celiac partner ordered a GF pasta dish and had no issues with it.
