I was informed that Steel City is no longer using a separate gluten free fryer and not using any precautions to prevent cross contamination for cooking pizza. There is no barrier and all foods are cooked in the same fryer and on the same surfaces due to downsizing the kitchen. My waiter said my only options are basically salads. Pretty bummed and ended up eating elsewhere.

Good pizza. It is pretty good for a cauliflower crust. I told the waitress about my allergy and he was very nice and made sure to put Allergy !!! On the order for the chef. Over all the pizza was good but it’s not amazing. I do recommend though if you want to order something quick and easy.

I had a cauliflower crust pizza one night. It’s delicious! One of the best I’ve had. The next night I had wings. They have a separate fryer for wings, fries, etc. Really excited to find this place!
This is a place I eat at a lot! I play trivia. They do not have a gluten free menu however I have never had issues after eating here! I get the same thing every time - a wrap without the wrap! A side salad with no croutons! I am very clear to my waiter and it comes out great every time!
New cauliflower crust is thin and crisp, which isn’t my favorite. I was hoping for the softer ones that taste like cauliflower. That’s my preference though. They have a separate menu for the gluten free pizzas. Pictured is the jalapeño pepperoni.
