Excellent experience! Staff really knows about gluten free and how to accommodate. Our server had celiac herself! Excellent food as always and we’ve never gotten sick. So grateful to have this place in our neighborhood!

2022 update:
Sadly we have gotten sick from eating here in May. :(
Very GF friendly and helpful staff. No GF menu, but can make many of their dishes GF! Pizza was great!

We have eaten here safely here many times, until recently. New cooks have been hired and they are no longer taking precautions with cross contamination. We got pretty sick last time we ate here.

From the beginning this was an amazing experience. Sat at the bar while waiting for my seat and the ladies were super nice and helpful. We were seated at our table and our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable. Food was beyond my expectations, I had the baked ziti and caprese salad. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his gluten meal. We will definitely go back.

I have found my spot. After a long time of searching and trial and error I have found my happy place.
F Alejandro Martinez’s Stefanos Trattoria is wonderful. The atmosphere the service staff and the food all get an A+. When it comes to Italian food I am pretty hard to please bring from NY but they nailed it. The best Italian food since I moved to Florida and better than a lot of NY food. Here are some pictures for your enjoyment.
Hats off to Nina she was great and David rocked on the piano.

Update: The owner contacted me and let me know that the GF pasta is cooked separately but the waitress was mistaken. He said they retrained the staff based on my review.
When I told the server I have Celiac, she stared blankly. So I asked how the gluten free pasta was cooked. She stared blankly. I asked if it's cooked separately from the regular pasta. "Oh, yeah, we have a different strainer"...so I asked "does that mean it's cooked in the same water as regular pasta?" The waitress responded "yeah, so?". "So then it's not gluten free...like at all. It would make me really sick." "Oh. And?" She rolled her eyes as she said this.
So I ordered the caprese salad and asked them to wash hands/change gloves, which she said they always do (doubtful since they have no idea how to cook GF pasta...). It was edible but not great and certainly wasn't worth $9.
The rest of the service was abysmal. My caprese came out before the rest of the table had even ordered. Refills barely happened and the server's rude attitude continued whenever she deigned to grant us her presence.
I am however sick this morning, likely from cross contamination (I'm thinking maybe some stray flour got into the salt/pepper/basil topping that was put on my caprese).
Excellent staff, very helpful and thoughtful, the chicken soup is very tasty. And the pasta is just what we are looking for.

Very knowledgeable about gluten allergy. Good food.

Absolutely wonderful for gf. Pizza is excellent. They now carry 2 kinds of GF pasta and many of the dishes can be made gf since most all of the sauces are gf. Carbonara, Alfredo, Areganatta...all fantastic!! My favorite restaurant in Orlando. Staff, chef and their owner/mgr, Alejandro, are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Food is DELICIOUS!! Two thumbs up!

I have only tried the gf pizza. I didn't like it. The crust was kind of soft, doughy almost and seemed like the entire thing, sauce, cheese and crust was all out of a box and heated. I may try again with the pasta!
Just recently been diagnosed with Celiac and this was the first pizza I have tried and it was delicious, I will be back. Not just a good pie but very friendly and accommodating.
