We went to this restaurant because of this app. As we sat down, I asked the waitress about their GF options. As she said that she would ask, another employee came up and explained that in the back where the sides are made there is a lot of flour used to prepare food. She said that anything grilled might be ok, but none of it would be guaranteed GF. I then noticed on their menu that they, in fact, have foods labeled GF. Despite the menu, I’ll believe the employees that nothing is safe and so I left. I appreciate their honesty knowing it would likely lead to a lost sale.

F-A-N-T-A-S-T-I-C Restaurant! We eat here easily twice a week. They have a huge menu with endless delicious options.

You’ll walk in and think there’s no way they have Gluten Free Options, but they do. Beware there is no dedicated fryer so some items marked GF are not.

Food was a bit sweet. You could taste the “coastal water” even in the soda. Place is oversold but good in a pinch.

Menu clearly indicated gluten free options. There was a ton!!! Totally surprised me for a road side diner!!! Waitress said she’d indicate to the kitchen of my allergy, however my meal came out with toast on my omelette. When I politely told the waitress I’d get extremely ill if I ate it, she apologized profusely, boxed the meal (free of charge) for the non-gluten free people in my group to take home. She brought me back a completely new omelette/tots quickly and apologized again. Very kind staff and appreciated the turn around on the error. No harm no foul, did not have a reaction at all!

Delicious home style vegetables without excess fats or salt. The GF bourbon chicken was very tender and tasty! Ambiance was a bit noisy. But worth it for the food.

They have a menu with specific gluten fee options like breakfast omelets, sides and salads! They are listed with “GF” beside them. Just tell your waiter to prepare on a clean surface. They are great, cheap, and I was amazed to stop by and find these gluten free options!!
