Review of Steiner Ranch Steakhouse

Very limited options. Steaks are marinated in butter that has soy sauce in it. Everything with butter will have soy sauce in it which excludes mashed potatoes, a lot of sauces, etc. A lot of appetizers are fried as well so it was very limiting. I had a steak (no butter) with a baked potato and green beans. Server was knowledgeable and marked severe allergy on our ticket. Had a few gluten free desserts - crème brûlée, flourless chocolate cake, and fruit cup as well.
