This little place was amazing!
Taos seems to be a hard place to eat in, but you don’t have to give up taste for safety here.
They brought me GF bread to start.
Had the olive bar.
And Italian sausage pasta.
Italian wine.
Their noodles were the best GF noodles I’ve ever had.
Chocolate cake was meh. You could probably skip.
Amazing, did not get sick

OMG this place is well worth the trip!!!! DO NOT PASS THIS UP ESPECIALLY IF IT IS WITHIN 1 hour TRAVELING DISTANCE!! Their pizza crust is so good (and for $2 can also be used as the table bread), and their gluten free noodles are homemade! Amazing flavor! They have a free olive bar, and they easily make modifications to dishes easily (I asked for the chicken pasta to be made with the Cajun cream sauce- DELICIOUS!). So worth it ppl! And if you like candlelit ambiance and classic Italian music, you will be in heaven. Don’t forget the gluten free homemade carrot cake and chocolate cake!!

Gluten free marked for most of the meals, they substitute a white rice flour egg noodle. Waitstaff and kitchen knowledgeable on celiac. I ordered the gluten free bread but the kitchen came back to say it’s not celiac safe and baked on same surface as the other bread. Felt very safe! I did not ask if the gf pizza was ok for celiac.

I ate here while visiting Taos. Their menu is labeled. GF pizza & pasta. Best to make a reservation but they do take walk-ins. Food was good. Cute little restaurant in the heart of town.

The menu is amazing: everything is clearly marked and all but a few entrees are GF. GF choices include all the pizzas, some pastas, and a few other things. The GF pizza was a thin crust but not cracker thin so it didn't get soggy. The non-GF entrees were solid, but not amazing. Still, if you have a GF person in your party, this is a must because of the wide variety of options for everyone. Small but nice patio, with an intimate indoor dining room as well.

Made gluten free bread just for me. Many GF options, including dessert.
Many GF opinions. Really like the thin crunchy pizza crust but the marinara isn’t so good. It’s a decent opinion.
Amazing food with lots of GF options - pasta, bread, pizza and desserts. They seem understaffed though every time we visit and it makes them very unorganized and sometimes flighty service.
Menu is full of gluten free options. Staff is very knowledgeable. Food wasn't very exciting but still a place I would return to!

Lots of gluten free options, including dessert. Food was great, service was great.
Not celiac friendly on Sunday evenings. Don't bother if you're dairy intolerant.

GF pasta was fantastic! Partner/family owned. One partner’s daughter has a Celiac so she gets it! There are whole sections of gluten free pasta, pizza and dessert on the menu. Plus a kids menu. So excited to have found! I’ll be back later during my vacation for pizza! So excited. The app has you looking at a menu from a California restaurant. Taos Stella’s knows this but has not been able to rectify. Just go! You won’t regret it.

Wait staff extremely knowledgeable regarding the GF options, of which there were many. Food was delicious, including GF dessert. We will go back!
