Great experience. They modified our meals so they were gluten free!

Somehow I missed checking the reviews for this place, so I’m glad I didn’t get sick!
We stayed at the Hyatt and had a fantastic experience with safe gluten free options at all their restaurants. The offerings at this place were somewhat lackluster compared to other sushi restaurants I’ve been to in general, and I was disappointed by the number of changes needed to make dishes gluten free (as opposed to the other restaurants on property that had numerous GF offerings available with no changes needed).

They do have gf soy sauce, but even after explaining celiac and gf to the staff (and ordering a gf roll), I still got sick after eating here. Reading some of the reviews, it seems like a high risk restaurant for cross contamination. Careful if you have celiac.

They do have gluten-free soy sauce & gf items marked on the menu which is very nice. I did tell the staff I was gluten-free but I was unwell pretty soon after eating here from cross-contamination. The rolls were overpriced & we were not very impressed with the quality of the fish. Overrated & not celiac friendly.

Gf soy sauce. I just wish they had more gf rolls. Food was great.
Delicious sushi, very careful preparation. Also had GF soy sauce!

Otherwise known as “Stevenson’s Sushi & Spirits”. You can really tell the quality of the fish here. Some of the best salmon nigiri I’ve had in my life! They have clearly listed GF options, Tamarind soy sauce upon request, knowledgeable staff and careful kitchen. Not cheap, but so worth it!
