Good grocery store but I would not get premade hot foods or salad bar here if you are sensitive. I routinely get glutened while just walking through the bakery at the entrance. If I can see flour in the air in that part of the store, I have to assume it's all over the interior and wafting off the jackets of the employees walking around getting salad bar for lunch.

This enormous store with a huge bakery doesn’t make anything gluten free. They sell packaged gf cookies and gf pizza, but all the freshly baked products contain gluten. Very disappointing.

They have grass fed meat which is extremely helpful since I’ll react to meat that’s not grass fed. It’s the only place I will buy my meat now. It can be pricey, but you definitely get your money’s worth and keep an eye for sales! However, they had a GF chocolate chewy cluster cookie, one week i ate an entire container with no issues, the next week I had a severe reaction (yes i called the store to inform them). I’m not sure if it was terrible cross contamination or if they just made them completely wrong. Needless to say I’ll never eat those cookies again!

Beware the Stew Leonard's "Gluten Free" Cheesecake! The crust is definitely NOT gluten free. Even after I pointed this out to them they still have a sign up advertising their "gluten free" cheesecake.

I love stews for the fresh fruits and veggies and always get our meats as well. They have almond cookies now "made without gluten" but it's made in the facility where everything else is made so I worry about cross contamination. I so wish they had a way to make gf breads and baked goods as the regular ones I know are delicious as my husband chows down in front of me! As for pre packaged gf food there are very few options but then again, stews is not the place you do to for that as it is half the price in other stores. Only go for fresh stuff :)
