I am beyond mad. I ate here with my family last night and the experience was horrific. First of all they stopped marking the gluten-free items on the menu, which made me a bit cautious. Secondly when I ordered the muscles and French fries(telling the waiter they were gf), they didn’t come out marked with gf as they used to. I then found A PIECE OF PASTA IN THE MUSCLES!!!!! I start crying knowing I’m going to have a reaction and the waiter comes over telling me it’s just fennel and apples when there is literally a piece of pasta on my plate. The manager then came over. I am bawling my eyes out and the first thing she says is how she was worried about her chef and how he felt that this would ruin the evening. NO APOLOGY!! She then said she had to get security to file a report but they never came, and all she kept saying was how she was worried for her chef. We then leave as there is a short amount of time before I start reacting, but the hotel manger tells my dad the chefs were interns who had never been trained. What they were doing untrained taking allergy orders I have no idea. I was up all night reacting to the dinner, very very painful. I am so very disappointed in this establishment. Being one of the best hotels in the country you would think this wouldn’t happen. SMH
