I eat here about once a week. I get a chicken kebob platter with hummus and carrots and the creamy cilantro lime sauce. You have to ask for no pita and the fries are not in a separate fryer even though they're labeled gluten free on the menu so don't get those. I usually order online and write gluten allergy in the notes. I know at least once they did change gloves for me bc they told me when I got there.
