I'm a celiac and allergic to dairy. We stopped in mid-week for lunch and spoke directly to Chef Jason. He could safely cook me a burger on a clean surface and serve on a gluten free bun. He also said the brisket, cole slaw, and sweet potato chili would be safe, in addition to salad options. I chose the burger and house chips - it was a delicious and filling meal. I recommend always speaking to the chef or manager!
