Great food, great owner, very healthy and flexible. Not 100% gluten free anymore, but everyone tries to be careful and courteous when you discuss food allergies. Most stuff is gluten free, but not everything. Stay away from the pita bread and teriyaki sauce if celiac etc. I hope they go back to being gluten free again due to cross contamination issues even in the most cautious practices. Other than that, food is great.

was quite disappointed that the food wasn't that great. the chimichurri sauce was a little too overpowering, but the staff was very friendly and helpful, which I appreciated.

Entire menu is gluten and dairy free except for the teriyaki option. They wash all woks thoroughly. Haven't gotten sick! Pesto is really tasty. Good specials since it's near Iona college. Friendly employees too!

love it! I get headaches so easily during a gluten attack and I never had any problems here. I even have the rice noodles and I never had a problem. its super delicious, lots to choose from, and they prepare it right in front of you. sooooo happy to have found this place.

In regards to the menu, the entire thing is gluten free, so it is pretty amazing. However I was really disappointed in how the food tasted. It was VERY bland. I practically added the entire container of salt, and still couldn't finish my meal. My parents meals were just as bland, and they were also disappointed.

All certified gluten free. It's similar to Fresh City - pick protein, veggies and sauce. Great meal and reasonable prices.

The food here is just too amazing! The portion size is great and after you're done, you're full but not over stuffed! The lemon ginger is totally my favorite, and the endless veggies and protein options are great!!!

Eaten here three times now - as someone with Celiac disease, I'm overjoyed to finally have a safe, tasty option in town. The chimichurri sauce was underseasoned, but the mango and lemon ginger sauces were great! So far, the chicken has tasted better than the beef, and all the vegetables have been very fresh tasting.
