Server wasn’t really knowledgeable about what gluten really is and where it is. For example she told me the macaroni and cheese was gluten free if they take the breading off. There is no risotto or GF pasta option so your only choices are very expensive steaks. The Filet was great but as I mentioned pricy. There no are GF desserts at all either.

Went for lunch on a busy Saturday. Sat outside and the server was quite knowledgeable, noting ALL the items on the menu not GF! I chose the Egg white omelet which was delicious & would absolutely recommend.

The server asked about any food allergies once we were seated and was very knowledgeable about GF options. Unfortunately I couldn’t have the amazing looking bread that was served to our table. But I was excited to get a nice GF dinner. I had the 6 oz filet with the blue butter sauce on the side. The server knew which side dishes were GF, so I had the mashed potatoes. Pricey dinner, but it was delicious and the vibe at this steakhouse was definitely different than any other one I have been to. The DJ and music was a lot of fun!

Surprisingly celiac safe! While they do not have a gluten free menu or items marked, the staff are very familiar with gluten restrictions. Our server Mike told me what items on the menu were gluten free and which ones could have adjustments made. All of the steaks and sauces are gluten free, so I ended up getting the flank steak with chimichurri and it was wonderful! For an appetizer I had the tuna tartare (made with gluten free soy sauce, go STK!) and it was one of our favorite items of the night! They made the mashed potatoes gluten free for me (creamy buttery amazingness) and I verified all my food was gluten free with the Nima sensor (all gluten free every time:). We went during happy hour and got $9 wine and specialty cocktails, my husband said the old fashioned was solid! The ambiance is upscale but the music is very clubby and little loud. Definitely a place to go for a good time but not super quite or intimate if that's what you're looking for. Parking in the orange garage will get you here quickest and you can make a reservation on the Disney App.

The waiter really seemed very knowledgeable (he asked the table if anyone had allergies and I said “gluten” and then he asked if I have celiac - then he went through the entire menu with me). I got steak with the wagyu umami butter and asparagus. This place is super busy so I doubt they take precautions in the kitchen (or that is unknown as I didn’t ask) so consider that when eating here.

I was not confident that the staff knew what they were doing with gf. Food was very expensive and decent at best. I got the steak with asparagus. For such an expensive restaurant I thought they would have been more knowledgeable and accommodating.

My fiancé really wanted STK. we ate there in the past (about 2 years ago) for magical dining month. At that time the menu was labeled gluten free so on Saturday October 3, 2020 we thought we would give it a go.
We went for their weekend brunch menu. I was told there was no gluten free menu but that the server would be able to help. I looked at the menu and asked about the steak and egg meal.
This item on the menu is listed as "Truffle Steak and Egg". it is an 8oz wagyu flat iron steak with truffle buttered brioche fried egg, crispy potatoes, and shaved truffle. The server informed me that they do not have a dedicated fryer but showed me i could have a different side. I chose the sweet corn pudding after seeing positive reviews on here. I also informed the server that obviously i would not want the brioche since they do not offer a gluten free bread substitute.
My fiancé ordered the same thing (but normal/as is). Both our meals were brought out at the same time by someone who was not our server (this seems to be common a lot of places). Unlike Disney owned places there was no allergy noted on the plate (no little stick). As he put my plate down there was a large piece of bread on the plate. I immediately turned it away and explained that i would not be able to have that and that it was an allergy. They took the plate back and in less than 5 minutes returned with the plate missing the break and just with a fried egg. Now i know that it doesn't take that short of time to re-fire a meal. I asked them if they had re-fired it and the server informed me that no they just removed the bread (maybe switched plates? I am not sure if he said he did or didn't).
I was unimpressed with this level of service. The manager did end up bring my re-fire (at which point my fiancé had finished eating). The manager and server apologized but this could have been a serious issue.
STK definitely does not have the safety protocols that I expect from a restaurant on Disney property. The sweet corn pudding was really good and the steak was ok, however we will not be eating there again. I just wanted to let everyone know my experience.

The server said everything was gluten free except pasta and bread. Waking up at 3:30 am, sick, tells me otherwise. My guess is the Bernase sauce. He said all sauces were gf. The food tased so good. Filet, corn pudding, mashed potatoes, but I got as sick as I get.

There are very few gluten free options aside from the obvious overpriced steak with nothing on it. Limited options for sides. No gluten free desserts.
We were SO disappointed with restaurant. Our waiter knew nothing about what was GF on the menu and had to go ask the kitchen about every single question we had. The options are limited and the food is bland and boring. The whole meal was an absolute waste of $250.

The waiter was very knowledgeable about which dishes could be made gluten-free, and was very conscious of keeping me informed which of the appetizers that our table had ordered were safe for me to eat. They don’t have a GF menu but I felt totally safe there. The food was amazing and everyone in our group loved their meal.
Yes
Amazing steak. They do not use gluten in most of their cooking, however no gluten free bread or pasta. Very knowledgeable, and take allergies seriously.
