Review of Stolp Island Social

For our weddjng anniversary, enjoyed a lovely warm salmon dinner on a bed of thinly shaved cucumbers and red onions with smashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. All prepared gluten-free, dairy-free and soy-free. I removed the red onions since I am also low FODMAP. It was prepared specially and I appreciated the attention of the chef. This is Joy Morton’s establishment of the famous Morton Family steak restaurants (Chicago). Great ambience - nice addition to the redevelopment trends in downtown Aurora.
